Smart AGV Premex XIO
Flexible transport systems that dynamically respond to various market changes are realized. Conveyors and other fixed equipment are reduced by compact-bodied lifter transfer which is capable of direct transfer from AS/RS cranes and production equipment.
Direct transfer to production equipment
Although it has a compact body, pallets with a maximum load of 1 ton can be transported. The turning diameter is 985mm, which enables direct transfer to production facilities from various directions even in narrow and small spaces. It can be linked with AS/RS, requiring no conveyors.
Simultaneous control of multiple AGVs
Multiple control realizes highly flexible systems. Backup in case of trouble is also easy.
Three-dimensional AGV warehouse
Space-saving three-dimensional storage can be realized by storing and transporting shelves of packing styles in piece units with a combination of smart AGVs and an AS/RS.
