In case of trouble, the call center serving as a support base dispatches a nearby FE (field engineer) in the shortest time possible by managing customer locations, the conditions of FEs visiting customers, and the occurrence state of disaster should one strike, such as an earthquake.

With the aid of our original communication tool, FEs (field engineers) are provided with work support in real time simultaneously from multiple specialized divisions, such as the remote technical support department, software department, and engineering department. This provides support in early resolution of facility trouble.

Various types of data are managed in an integrated manner by converting on-site facility images into 3D virtual space, and linking with relevant information and maintenance history. Additionally, since data maintenance is performed by both the customer and Muratec’s service department, data precision is improved and it can be used for maintenance and management.
